Collection and coding of free-regime healthcare receipts – 2027

Summary

The Institute for Health Protection and Assistance (ADSE) is procuring the collection and coding of receipts and related documents submitted for reimbursement of healthcare expenses under Portugal’s free regime during 2027. The services include extracting and entering document data, checking and correcting entries, classifying healthcare expenses for reimbursement, and preparing notices to beneficiaries when submitted documents are deficient. The contract covers a minimum of 28,336 hours, with work carried out in Lisbon and, where directed by ADSE, remotely; it is not divided into lots.
