Renovation design for the former schools of Agra, Asprela and Santana

Summary

The Municipality of Matosinhos is procuring complete architectural and engineering designs for the renovation of three former school buildings: Agra, Asprela and Santana. The services cover the design stages through execution design, including structural, water and drainage, gas, electrical, communications, fire safety, acoustic, thermal and HVAC designs, as well as safety, construction-waste and energy-certification documents. The scope also includes technical assistance through the preparation and execution of the subsequent works contract. The execution designs are due within 120 days; the estimated and base price is EUR 130,081.30 excluding VAT, and the procurement is not divided into lots.
