Summary

The General Secretariat of Portugal’s Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security is procuring car-rental services for four government offices in two lots. Lot 1 covers three plug-in hybrid cars in the medium-upper class; Lot 2 covers five plug-in hybrid cars in the medium-lower class. The total base price is €96,603.38 excluding VAT. Most rentals run from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027; one Lot 2 vehicle is rented for 11 months and is due to be delivered within five working days of contract signature.
