Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua, S.A. is procuring 24 months of inspection, preventive conservation, cleaning and repair works for traditional water and irrigation systems across its properties in Sintra. The work covers structures such as springs, channels, pipes, inspection chambers, cisterns, lakes, tanks and irrigation boxes, including unclogging and minor repairs, with associated archaeological, conservation and restoration, and topographic support. The estimated and base price is EUR 704,110.19 excluding VAT. Pumping-system maintenance and repair, and restoration of decorative water features, are excluded.
