Corrective and preventive maintenance of Sintra’s municipal homes and buildings

Sintra Municipality is procuring 12 months of technical assistance for corrective and preventive maintenance of municipal homes and buildings in its housing stock. The work includes repairs to roofs, water and drainage systems, electrical, gas and telecommunications installations, windows, doors, shutters, glazing, finishes and sanitary and kitchen fittings.
