Operational Lease of Photocopiers

Summary

Universidade do Minho is seeking a three-year operational lease of photocopiers for its School of Economics, Management and Political Science, together with copying and printing services. The contract includes six new colour A4 multifunction devices and two new colour A3 multifunction devices, as well as consumables, maintenance and technical support. The three-year volumes are 750,000 black-and-white and 450,000 colour pages, with a maximum contract value of EUR 50,400 excluding VAT.
