SaaS Platform for Asset, Stock and Operations Management

Summary

The Municipality of Lisbon is procuring a 36-month SaaS service for its Asset, Stock and Operations Management (GASO) platform. The scope includes platform access and licensing, implementation and integration, data migration, training, 24 months of specialist operational support and maintenance, and a 2,000-hour allowance for additional services. The platform will support asset lifecycle management, operations and maintenance, stocks and logistics, requests and field teams, and integration with corporate systems, geographic information systems and BIM. The procurement is not divided into lots and has a stated base price of EUR 2.3 million excluding VAT.
