Energy-efficiency improvements to Felgueiras Town Hall: building systems and windows

Summary

The tender covers energy-efficiency improvement works at Felgueiras Town Hall in two lots: Lot 1 comprises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, photovoltaic installations and interior lighting; Lot 2 covers the replacement or installation of exterior door and window frames. The estimated maximum price is EUR 349,865.66 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 247,160 excluding VAT for Lot 2, or EUR 597,025.66 in total. A bidder may be awarded both lots. The works period is 270 days for Lot 1 and, under the tender documents, 180 days for Lot 2, starting from the handover of the site. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted in Portuguese through the AcinGov platform by 23:59 on 15 October 2026 and remain valid for 66 days. The submission must include, among other things, unit prices, a work schedule and labour and equipment plans, a payment schedule and a description of the proposed work methods. The successful bidder must provide the contractor’s licence required for the relevant lot and appoint a works director with at least a degree in Civil Engineering.
