The procurement covers 26,475 kg of compound feed for animals at the Santana Agricultural Experimentation Centre: 2,700 kg for pregnant breeding sows, 10,900 kg for growing pigs, 10,800 kg for young cattle raised and intensively fattened, 1,575 kg for sheep, and 500 kg for poultry. Deliveries will be made in batches over 365 days, according to the contracting authority’s needs and orders. Each order will be placed at least five working days in advance. Goods must be delivered on working days between 10:00 and 16:00 to the Santana Agricultural Experimentation Centre. The supplier bears transport, insurance, and other delivery costs. The maximum tender price is EUR 13,280.53 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. The bid must specify, for each feed type, the required quantity, product name, net package weight, unit price per kilogram, total price excluding VAT, and the applicable VAT rate and amount. The bidder must also submit a declaration accepting the tender specifications and a company registration certificate or permanent-certificate access code. The bid must be submitted in Portuguese through the electronic platform and signed with a qualified electronic signature; it must remain valid for 120 days. Variant bids are not permitted. The successful bidder must submit the required qualification and tax documents within 10 working days of notification of the award decision.
