Supply of kitchen equipment and tableware to university catering units

Summary

The tender covers the supply of kitchen equipment, utensils and tableware for the catering units of the University of Coimbra’s Social Services. It is divided into nine lots: miscellaneous kitchen equipment, cutlery, boxes and containers, porcelain and glassware, kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, stainless-steel utensils, serving trays and other porcelain. Bidders may tender for one or more lots and must identify each lot separately. The total estimated base price is EUR 27,744.21 excluding VAT. Bidders must submit a single offer in Portuguese through the electronic platform by 7 October 2026 at 23:59. The offer must include the total price and unit-price schedule, a declaration accepting the tender documents, the required offer details, evidence of the distribution centre’s distance, and the name and contact details of the contract manager. Offers must remain valid for 66 days; variants are not permitted. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and the environmental factor for 20%, based on the road distance between the bidder’s distribution centre and the SASUC central warehouse. Goods must be delivered to the Coimbra addresses specified in the order within 30 days; the supplier bears transport costs. The goods must carry a warranty of at least three years.
