Partial Rehabilitation of the South Slope (M1)
Summary
The contract covers the partial rehabilitation of MARL’s South Slope (M1) at the Lisbon regional wholesale market in São Julião do Tojal, Loures, Portugal. The works include a topographic survey of approximately 3,606 m² of slope; installation of 714 self-drilling anchor bars, 32 mm in diameter and 3 m long, in a 2.4 × 2.4 m grid; installation of 500 m² of erosion-control geomat; and application of a geomat and double-twist galvanized mesh geocomposite over the full 3,606 m² slope face. The works also include 7,950 m of 16 mm galvanized steel cable along the anchor lines. Associated work covers setting up and dismantling the site compound, clearing the drainage channel at the foot of the slope and vegetation, waste management and reuse, and the GNR fee related to work on public roads. The completion period is 150 calendar days, and the estimated maximum price is EUR 385,000 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for 66 days. Variant bids are not permitted, and a 5% guarantee is required. Bidders must be authorised to carry out the relevant professional activity and appoint a works director with the qualifications required by law.
