Supply of medicines, vaccines and antiparasitic products for GNR animals

Summary

The tender covers the supply in 2026 of medicines, vaccines, antiparasitic products, feed supplements and other veterinary products for the animals of the Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR). It is divided into 97 lots, with estimated quantities, and a bidder may be awarded all lots. The total estimated value is up to EUR 81,577.02 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted through VORTAL by 12 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for 180 days. Variant bids are not permitted, and no bid guarantee is required. Deliveries will be made in stages to the pharmacy services of the GNR Clinical Centre in Lisbon. Goods must be delivered within five days of receiving an order; in urgent cases, delivery may be required within 24 hours, but such urgent deliveries may not exceed 10% of the total goods purchased. All goods must be delivered by 15 December 2026. Products must meet the technical requirements for the relevant lot, be properly packaged and identified, and have at least 18 months of shelf life from delivery. CE marking is required. Applicable Portuguese market authorisation, registration and Portuguese-language labelling rules must be met for veterinary medicines, veterinary-use products, animal feed and biocides. Equivalent products may be offered in place of products identified by brand. The contract performance period is two months, and the contract remains in force until all goods have been delivered.
