Road surface maintenance and repair works in Lisbon

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and repair of streets and other road surfaces in Lisbon. The work includes, among other things, milling and reinstatement of road surfaces, repairs to kerbs and paving, drainage-channel and gully works, and maintenance of road markings and traffic signs. The procurement is divided into five city-area lots, and a bidder may be awarded no more than one lot. The estimated values excluding VAT are €1,000,000, €1,200,000, €1,000,000, €1,000,000 and €1,000,000 respectively; the total base value is €5,200,000. The contract runs for 540 days. Bids are due by 21 October 2026 at 23:59 and must remain valid for 180 days. Evaluation applies the single percentage reduction offered to all of the contracting authority’s unit base prices. Performance must account for temporary traffic arrangements, work safety, quality control and proper construction-waste management; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price.
