Cleaning services and supplies for SPMS premises in Porto and Maia

The contractor supplies its own cleaning products, materials, equipment and waste bags, and delivers the specified quantities of liquid soap, toilet and kitchen paper, hand towels, dishwashing detergent and sponges. The contract ceilings, excluding VAT, are EUR 210,977.64 for the Porto lot and EUR 166,677.48 for the Maia lot, totalling EUR 377,655.12. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 18:00, remain valid for 180 days, and must not include variants. Each bid must include the completed European Single Procurement Document and the prescribed bid form both as a digitally signed PDF and in editable format. During performance, the contractor must meet environmental requirements and use cleaning products meeting Type I ecolabel requirements under ISO 14024 or an equivalent scheme; at least one environmental training session must be provided to assigned staff each year.
