Maintenance and Support Services for DELL Hardware

Summary

The procurement covers one year of maintenance and support for the Portuguese Parliament’s DELL hardware in Lisbon. The service must cover both hardware and software and be provided by the equipment manufacturer. It includes, among other things, updates and security fixes, manufacturer replacement parts and consumables, and technical assistance by telephone, web portal, remote support and on-site support. For VxRail clusters, PowerScale and Superna systems, and network switches, support and response must be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The backup server, deduplication backup appliance and tape library are covered by a next-business-day service level. The bid price must not exceed EUR 230,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must include manufacturer confirmations and an itemised price breakdown for the equipment. The submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 23:59, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. No tender guarantee is required, and alternative bids are not permitted.
