Purchase of electrophysiology supplies

Summary

The tender covers the purchase of electrophysiology supplies and materials for the Vila Real hospital. The three lots include, among other items, ablation and diagnostic catheters, introducers, cables, irrigation supplies, and equipment for electrophysiology mapping, radiofrequency ablation and pulsed-field ablation. Bidders must meet the technical specifications for each item and provide the Infarmed wholesale-distribution authorisation and required product evidence. The successful bidder must deliver the equipment and supplies to Vila Real hospital, place consignment stock in the department no later than 8 days after contract signature, and replenish used stock within 48 hours of receiving an order. Defective products must be replaced within 24 hours. The relevant invoice must be issued within 5 days after an order is received.
