Procurement of computers and central processing units

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: 65 desktop computers and 2 serial RS232-to-USB-A converters. The computers must meet minimum specifications including a Micro Tower or SFF case, 64-bit Portuguese Windows 11 Professional, an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 16 GB memory, a 500 GB SATA SSD, four DDR5 memory slots, space and a connection for a second 3.5-inch SATA HDD, a gigabit network card, VGA connectivity, eight USB ports, a wired Portuguese QWERTY keyboard and optical mouse, and a mouse pad. The computer must provide only the space and available SATA connection for the second drive; no additional drive is to be supplied. The converters’ drivers must be compatible with Windows 11. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for at least 66 days. No bid guarantee is required, and alternative bids are not permitted. Each bid must include a signed declaration accepting the tender documents, the bid details, unit prices with the applicable VAT rate, and a detailed manufacturer’s technical datasheet. Price is the sole award criterion for each lot. Bids may not exceed the lot budgets: EUR 71,500 for the computers and EUR 22 for the converters (EUR 71,522 in total, excluding VAT). The successful tenderer must deliver the equipment in working order within 30 days of award notification, cover transport costs and, if necessary, provide instruction to the buyer’s technicians. The warranty must be at least 36 months. The successful tenderer must submit the required eligibility and registration documents within five days of award notification.
