Supply of signage for various services

Summary

Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa is seeking the supply, production, delivery and installation of indoor and outdoor signs and wayfinding signage at various buildings in Lisbon and Cascais. The work includes, among other items, acrylic and aluminium-composite panels, vinyl graphics, stainless-steel signs and PVC lettering, as well as adapting artwork files. Existing signage may need to be removed, and surfaces must be cleaned after the work. All work must follow the contracting authority’s graphic guidelines. The contract will run for 12 months. Work must be completed within 30 working days of an order; non-compliant work must be corrected or replaced within 10 working days. The contract ceiling is €60,000 excluding VAT, of which up to €6,000 may be used for unlisted work. The total of the unit prices for the listed work must not exceed €710 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion; in the event of a tie, the shorter delivery period takes precedence. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17:00 on 20 October 2026, in Portuguese and with a qualified electronic signature. The bid must include the required declaration, completed price form and current commercial register certificate. Unit prices, the delivery period and the VAT rate must be stated; variant bids are not allowed. Within five working days of award notification, the successful bidder must provide the required qualification and exclusion-ground evidence, name its contract representative and provide proof of registration in the Central Register of Beneficial Owners.
