Design services for sports halls at two schools in Moita

Summary

The tender covers architectural, engineering and design services for two school sports halls: Lot 1 is for EB2/3 Fragata do Tejo school in Moita, and Lot 2 is for Baixa da Banheira Secondary School in Vale da Amoreira. Bids may be submitted separately for either or both lots. The ceiling is EUR 90,000 excluding VAT per lot and EUR 180,000 excluding VAT overall. Price is the sole award criterion. The designs must be delivered within 120 days of contract signature, in three 40-day stages: preliminary design, base design and execution design. The bid deadline is 9 October 2026 at 23:59, and bids must remain valid for 90 days. Bidders must provide a separate price for each lot, the total price with the VAT rate and fee-calculation justification, and the proposed technical team. The team must be coordinated by an architect with at least 5 years of proven experience; discipline authors must have the qualifications required by law. Bids must be submitted in Portuguese and signed electronically with a qualified signature. ISO 14001 environmental management certification is optional and is the first tie-breaker; certified small or medium-sized enterprise status is used if the tie remains.
