Procurement of octreotide, risperidone and sunitinib medicines

Summary

The tender covers the supply of octreotide, risperidone and sunitinib to the pharmaceutical services of the Algarve local health unit. Deliveries will be made as needed during 2027; the estimated quantities do not oblige the purchaser to buy the full amounts. Estimated quantities are: 1,250 ampoules of octreotide 0.1 mg/1 ml solution for injection; risperidone 50 mg/2 ml, 111 ampoules; 25 mg/2 ml, 46 vials; and 37.5 mg/2 ml, 13 vials; and sunitinib capsules, 91 of 12.5 mg, 91 of 25 mg, 182 of 37.5 mg and 91 of 50 mg. Offers are evaluated on price, and the total estimated procurement ceiling is EUR 20,729.18 excluding VAT. Bidders may offer for selected lots but must price every position within any lot they bid for; unit prices must not exceed the ceilings set in the tender documents. Offers must be submitted electronically by 17:00 on 12 October 2026 and remain valid for 120 days. Variant offers are not permitted. Specific requirements apply to medicine packaging, labelling, marketing authorisation, documentation and shelf life. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price. The contract is expected to run from 1 January to 31 December 2027.
