Allergy test reagents and automated equipment installation in Portimão (2027–2029)

Summary

The procurement covers reagents, controls, calibrators and consumables for allergy testing at the clinical pathology service of the Portimão hospital, together with the installation and commissioning of an automated analyser. The single lot contains 56 allergy-test positions, including total and specific allergy tests and molecular allergen components. Quantities for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 are estimates and will be ordered as needed; the buyer is not obliged to purchase all of them. The base price is €105,500 excluding VAT. Bidders must submit an offer for all 56 positions, including the total price, unit prices and required product and technical information. Product catalogues, technical details and the required registration, licensing and medical-device documents must also be provided. Bids must be in Portuguese, and variant bids are not allowed. The equipment must be installed and connected to the existing information system. Bids are evaluated on price (40%) and technical merit (60%). The successful contractor must maintain the equipment, supply the necessary operating consumables, train staff and provide technical support. Reagents must be delivered within 8 working days of an order; the equipment must be delivered and fully installed within 30 days of notification of the award. Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline. The successful bidder must submit the required qualification and exclusion-ground evidence within 5 working days and provide a guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price.
