Electrical repairs to the municipality’s vehicles and construction machinery

Summary

The tender covers electrical and electronic repair and maintenance services for the Municipality of Póvoa de Varzim’s cars, heavy vehicles, tractors, construction machinery and, when needed, other vehicles. The 2027 service includes preventive repairs, fault repairs, urgent and unplanned work, and roadside assistance. Work will normally take place at the contractor’s workshop, with interventions at municipal premises where necessary. The contract ceiling is €60,000 excluding VAT. The award criterion is the largest discount on the labour hourly rate, against a reference price of €30 per hour. The bidder must provide, among other items, proof of CAE activity codes 45200 and 52212, workshop and environmental compliance evidence, and a description of the workshop facilities and equipment. Requests must be acknowledged within one hour, and repair estimates provided within four hours for light vehicles and eight hours for heavy vehicles or construction machinery. No repair may begin before the estimate is approved. The offer must be submitted in Portuguese with a qualified electronic signature; variants are not permitted, and the offer must remain valid for 66 days.
