Supply of disposable operating-room materials and other products for 2027

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of disposable operating-room materials and other specified products for the Alto Alentejo Local Health Unit in 2027. The 23 lots cover items including surgical and protective gowns, caps, surgical masks and FFP2 respirators, shoe covers, imaging-system covers, hand-disinfection brushes, nail-cleaning spatulas, plastic aprons and sterile needle counters. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Quantities are forecasts for 12 months, and the contracting authority does not guarantee that all forecast quantities will be ordered. The overall ceiling is EUR 73,491.28 excluding VAT. Each lot will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant bid. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 18:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Samples are generally required for every lot by 16 October 2026; for lots 9 and 12, one box must be supplied instead. The successful supplier will deliver goods against orders during 2027, within the proposed delivery time and in accordance with the technical specifications.
