Cleaning and maintenance of the Military Academy football pitch

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning and maintenance of the natural-grass 11-a-side football pitch at the Military Academy’s headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. The pitch covers 6,650 m² and measures 95 × 70 m. The work includes removing litter, mowing the grass to 20–30 mm in line with growing conditions and use, checking and maintaining the irrigation system, and marking the pitch. Work is scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays, with pitch marking carried out on Saturdays only. The contractor must provide the staff, machinery, tools, equipment, and transport needed, comply with hygiene and safety requirements, and use water efficiently. A monthly summary report must be submitted by the 5th day of the following month. The contract runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, with a maximum price of EUR 50,160 excluding VAT; bids above this amount are not accepted. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for at least 66 days. The required undertaking declaration and bid form must be submitted; conditional and variant bids are not permitted.
