Acquisition of markers for buried containers with conditioned access and electronic user identification and/or volumetric control system

Summary

This procurement concerns the acquisition of markers for buried containers with a conditioned access system and electronic user identification and/or volumetric control system, to replace the current open-access markers and to support modernization of the deposition system as part of the PAYT tariff pilot project under NORTE 2030. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Blue Bee markers (SOPSA) at 19,500 EUR; Lot 2 – Citytainer markers (TNL) at 50,233 EUR. The contract includes installation and communications services. The total contract price is 69,733 EUR excluding VAT. The execution period is 3 months from contract signing. Proposals must be submitted via the VORTAL platform; the deadline is 14 Oct 2026 at 17:00; proposals are valid for 66 days. The contract is suitable for SMEs.
