Supply and installation of a pneumatic hall using the existing anchoring infrastructure at the training pitch of the Płock Municipal Stadium; MOSiR 11/2026

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of new pneumatic hall membranes and a steel cable net at the training pitch of the Płock Municipal Stadium, using the existing anchoring infrastructure. The works include removal and disposal of the old membranes, installation of the new hall, installation of 49 lighting-projector mounts, inspection of the heating and air-blowing system, replacement of two air-circulation ducts, staff training and seasonal dismantling of the hall. Task 1 must be completed within 70 days of contract signature; Task 2 must be completed in March–April 2027 within seven days after the contracting authority notifies the contractor that dismantling can begin. Price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting. The bidder must demonstrate experience with at least one pneumatic hall supply and installation project worth at least PLN 500,000 completed during the last five years, provide technical evidence, submit a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and account for a 4% performance guarantee.
