Acquisition of equipment for reading and full-page imaging of identification and travel documents

Summary

This procurement concerns the acquisition of 79 reading and full-page imaging devices for identification and travel documents for DGAJ. It includes hardware (79 readers) and software (perpetual SDK license as well as VIZ OCR and RFID libraries). The solution must be ICAO 9303‑compliant, capable of reading passports, identity cards, residence documents and other ICAO 9303 documents, including MRZ OCR, VIZ OCR and RFID reading, with automatic data population into DGAJ information systems. All equipment will be delivered to locations listed in Appendix I. The base price is 114,550.00 EUR plus VAT. Delivery is planned as: one device to DSIC within one week after project kickoff; the remaining devices within two months. Warranty is 36 months. Service levels require delivery within contract time and replacement of faulty equipment within five business days.
