Provision of services for the use of payment channels

Summary

SMAS Almada publishes a public tender for the provision of payment channel services. The contract covers three consecutive years (2027, 2028 and 2029) with a base price of 549,000 EUR excluding VAT and a contract duration of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. Proposals must be submitted via the ACIN electronic procurement platform; the bid must remain valid for 180 days after the submission deadline. The award is based on price as the sole criterion (monofactor, price as the only award criterion).
