Municipal road maintenance works under a framework agreement

Summary

The Municipality of Gondomar is procuring a four-year framework agreement for recurring maintenance, repair and rehabilitation works on municipal roads, pavements, drainage systems and road signs in four geographical lots. The total maximum estimated value is EUR 10,000,000: Lots 1 and 2 are each EUR 3,000,000, and Lots 3 and 4 are each EUR 2,000,000. A bidder may be awarded only one lot. The award criterion is price only. Works may include asphalt milling and paving, granite paving and pavement repairs, drainage infrastructure, temporary traffic management, road markings and signs, demolition, site facilities and construction-waste management. The tender must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 23:59. Variant bids are not permitted, and bids must remain valid for 90 days. The successful bidder must provide a 1% performance security for the relevant lot: EUR 30,000 for Lots 1 and 2, and EUR 20,000 for Lots 3 and 4. The security is contractual performance security, not a bid guarantee. It may be provided as a cash deposit, government-backed securities, bank guarantee or surety insurance.
