Supply of a Field Kitchen for the Marine Corps

Summary

The tender covers the supply of one modular field kitchen on a trailer for the Portuguese Navy’s Marine Corps. The system must include four cooking modules, support expeditionary and military use, and be delivered with training, documentation, spare parts and warranty support. The estimated maximum price is EUR 251,650 excluding VAT, there are no lots, and price is the only award criterion. CE marking, an EU Declaration of Conformity, technical documentation, training in Portugal, a minimum 24-month warranty and spare-parts availability for at least 10 years are required. The bid must be submitted electronically through the ACIN platform by 8 October 2026 at 23:59, following the amended deadline. It must remain valid for at least 90 working days. Delivery is required within eight days after contract signature to the Marine Corps headquarters at Lisbon Naval Base.
