Maintenance and repair services for CLE buildings and outdoor storage areas 2027–2029

Summary

Infraestruturas de Portugal is procuring maintenance and repair services for buildings and outdoor storage areas at the Entroncamento Logistics Complex (CLE), for a term of up to 855 days. The work comprises maintenance and repair tasks ordered by the contracting authority. The contractor must plan and provide the workforce, tools, equipment and materials, comply with railway infrastructure safety and environmental requirements, and submit work reports. The maximum contract value is EUR 745,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. The procurement is not divided into lots. Bidders must hold the Portuguese operating licence specified in the tender documents and provide a team with the required experience and professional qualifications, including a civil-engineering team coordinator, an occupational safety specialist, an environmental management officer and a quality technician. A guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price is required.
