Design and construction of photovoltaic self-consumption plants (SOLAR III) – Phase I

Summary

The tender covers the design, construction, commissioning and operation of photovoltaic self-consumption plants for Águas do Algarve in the Algarve region. The contract includes civil, mechanical and electrical works, grid interconnection infrastructure, testing, licences and permits, spare parts, and two years of operation and maintenance. The estimated base price is EUR 2,274,370 excluding VAT, the contract lasts 1,000 days, and no variants or lots are allowed. The supplier must provide a complete technical and commercial tender, including the engineering solution, PVSyst modelling, equipment specifications, guarantees, work programme, quality and safety documentation, maintenance plan and spare-parts list. The required minimum guaranteed capacity is 2,426 kWp in total and the minimum guaranteed annual production is 4,318,643 kWh. The award is based on price or global cost at 90% and quality at 10%. A performance security of 5% of the contract price excluding VAT is required.
