Design and cost-estimate documentation for courtyards in Bytom Odrzański Old Town

Summary

The Municipality of Bytom Odrzański is commissioning design and cost-estimate documentation for the redevelopment of courtyards in the Old Town. The single, undivided contract covers an architectural and urban design concept, multidisciplinary building, technical and execution designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, construction-work specifications, required approvals and administrative decisions, and author’s supervision. The work is to be completed within 14 months of signing the contract.
