Investor supervision for the OdNowa Wadowice Market renewal project

Summary

The Municipality of Wadowice is procuring investor supervision and contract management for the design-and-build renewal of Wadowice Market Square. The services are divided into four lots: road works; structural and construction works; electrical and power installations; and heating, ventilation, water-supply and sewerage installations. Supervision is planned through the investment’s expected completion on 31 October 2028, with warranty and defect-liability inspections continuing for seven years after final acceptance of the construction works.
