Summary

The City of Konin, acting through its municipal property management company, is procuring building and premises maintenance services for 2027, from 1 January to 31 December. The contract is divided into seven lots: general building maintenance; water, sewerage, central-heating and domestic-hot-water systems; electrical installations; intercom systems; passenger lifts; heat substations; and chimney services, including flue inspections. The scope includes, among other items, maintenance across municipal residential and commercial properties, 459 intercom premises, 5 passenger lifts and 11 heat substations, with chimney and ventilation work at the listed buildings.
