Catering service for the Krakowski GISday event

Summary

The Institute of Urban and Regional Development is procuring a complete catering service for 150 participants at the Krakowski GISday event in Krakow, Zabłocie 21/22, on 25 November 2026, from 8:30 to 16:30. The service includes setting up and staffing the buffet and coffee-service area, equipment, tableware, continuous replenishment, allergen information and cleaning afterwards. Refreshments include coffee, black, green and fruit tea, hot water, sugar, dairy and plant-based milk, lemon, tap water in two varieties, three kinds of juice (at least 150 ml of each per person), assorted sweet and savoury biscuits (10 pieces per person) and fruit (150 g per person). The contract is not divided into lots.
