Catering and event organisation for the Electronic Communications Office’s year-end meeting

Summary

The Electronic Communications Office is procuring comprehensive catering and event-organisation services for its year-end meeting in Warsaw. The service covers at least 250 employees, with an option to add up to 50 participants, and includes catering and waiter service, event coordination, table arrangements and overall meeting support. The event is scheduled for a working day in the second ten-day period of December 2026, preferably 11 December, at the Office’s premises on Giełdowa Street; the planned service hours are 12:00–16:00. The contract is not divided into lots.
