Design documentation and construction of a modular building for crisis housing

Summary

The Municipality of Ciechanów is procuring the design documentation and construction of an energy-efficient modular building at 146 Sienkiewicza Street for crisis housing. The single-storey building must provide at least 140 m² of usable floor space, with four independent apartments, a utility room, necessary installations and fixed equipment. It must include photovoltaic installations with a combined capacity of at least 16 kW and energy storage with a combined capacity of at least 24 kWh. The work is organised in two stages: design documentation and construction; there are no lots in this procedure.
