Renovation and adaptation of the village community centre in Hołowno as a local cultural centre

Summary

The Municipality of Podedwórze is procuring the renovation and adaptation of the existing village community centre in Hołowno for use as a local cultural centre. The single, undivided contract includes building, structural, insulation, finishing and electrical and plumbing works, heating, gas, ventilation and air-conditioning installations, and development of the surrounding grounds and parking area. The works include new access steps and a ramp, landscaping and planting; the septic tank and LAN, CCTV, access-control and alarm systems are excluded.
