Property security services for facilities of the Municipal Markets and Parking Administration in Rzeszów

Summary

The City of Rzeszów is procuring property security services for the Municipal Markets and Parking Administration in two parts. Part I covers one-person physical, stationary and patrol-based protection of the 1,800 m² guarded car park on Wyspiańskiego Street, including vehicle intake and documentation, for 4,696 service hours from 18 January 2027 to 17 January 2028. Part II covers 24/7 alarm monitoring and intervention response at five facilities: the same car park, the 3,009 m² Market Hall on Targowa Street, the administration building on Jałowego Street, and two buildings at the Dworaka market square; the contract period is 1 January–31 December 2027.
