Cleaning and sanitary maintenance of shared areas in four medical clinics and adjacent outdoor areas

Summary

The Municipality of Koszalin, through its Municipal Buildings Management Board, is procuring cleaning and sanitary maintenance of the shared areas inside four medical clinics and the surrounding outdoor areas for 1 January to 31 December 2027. The contract is divided into four lots: Monte Cassino Avenue 13 (617.07 m² indoors and 1,655 m² outdoors); Tadeusza Kościuszki Street 7 (747.54 m² indoors and 788 m² outdoors); Świętego Wojciecha Street 1 (177.19 m² indoors and 1,103 m² outdoors); and Kolejowa Street 71 (197.97 m² indoors and 977 m² outdoors). Lot 2 also includes floor polymerisation on a 645.12 m² surface: one service per year is guaranteed, with a second service optional.
