Archival records storage and destruction service, 2027–2029

Summary

The Regional Labour Office in Szczecin is procuring a single, non-divided service for collecting, securing, transporting, storing, inventorying, retrieving and returning its non-archival records, as well as destroying records when instructed. The initial transfer is up to 600 linear metres; the amount stored at any one time may not exceed 700 linear metres. Destruction may cover up to 150 linear metres per year during 2027–2029, up to 450 linear metres in total, with unused quantities carried forward.
