Investor supervision for the creation of a rural park in Leśna Podlaska

Summary

Leśna Podlaska Municipality is procuring investor supervision services for a project to strengthen local tourism by creating a rural park, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the development of the historic park and construction of a walking and cycling path; Lot 2 covers construction of a car park beside the park and related infrastructure. Supervision covers architectural, structural, road, electrical, dendrological and green-space works. The service is planned to continue through final acceptance of the works, expected by 30 November 2027, and during the works’ warranty period, which may be up to five years.
