Gubin Municipality is procuring comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of its three-storey municipal office building at 20 Obrońców Pokoju Street, Gubin, covering 1,073 m² of offices, corridors and staircases, kitchen and utility areas, sanitary rooms, and a meeting room. Cleaning is generally performed on working days between 14:00 and 20:00, with additional weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly tasks, including window cleaning and upkeep of the entrances. The initial contract runs for 12 months, from 2 January to 31 December 2027, and may be renewed twice for further 12-month periods.
