Comprehensive organisation of study visits abroad

Summary

The Regional Labour Office in Kielce is procuring the comprehensive organisation and delivery of four study visits abroad for five public employment service staff members per visit working within the EURES network. The visits will take place in four different EU or EFTA countries, including Bratislava, Slovakia, where a visit to the European Labour Authority is planned if it can be arranged. Each visit lasts four days and includes a substantive programme, transport, flights, accommodation, meals, local coordination and interpretation, participant insurance, materials and post-visit reporting; all four must be completed by 20 June 2027. The contract is not divided into lots.
