Electrical installation maintenance and emergency repair services in Koszalin municipal buildings in 2027

Summary

The City of Koszalin is procuring electrical maintenance and emergency repair services for municipal residential and commercial buildings, related infrastructure and municipal premises in buildings with shared ownership. The work includes maintenance of electrical, lightning-protection, external-lighting and intercom systems, as well as urgent repairs when failures or other emergencies occur. The single contract covers 2027, with a maximum value of PLN 247,500 gross and a guaranteed minimum work value of PLN 123,750 gross.
