Replacement of the gas boiler

Summary

The Witosa Agricultural Education Centre School Complex is procuring works to replace the existing 460 kW gas boiler with a double condensing gas boiler rated at 2 × 240 kW. The works include dismantling and disposal, a compatible flue and associated equipment, gas and heating pipework, controls and wiring, and an additional heating circuit for the “Internat B” building. The contract also includes testing, commissioning, handover documentation, staff training and preparation for the technical inspection; completion is due by 28 December 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots.
