Security and protection services for Hala Gdańsk-Sopot

Summary

Hala Gdańsk-Sopot is procuring security and property protection services at the Ergo Arena, its associated facilities and surrounding grounds for 12 months, from 30 December 2026 to 30 December 2027. The contract covers continuous guarding, estimated at up to 16,000 person-hours, and security for one mass event: the Poland–Israel basketball World Cup qualifier on 25 February 2027, estimated at up to 600 person-hours. Event security also includes the provision and installation and removal of up to 100 metres of lightweight barriers. The contract may be extended or increased in value by up to 30% under the option.
