Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties and the selective waste collection point in Bałtów in 2027

Summary

The Municipality of Bałtów is procuring a single, integrated service for the collection and management of municipal waste in 2027, with no division into lots. The service covers approximately 1,070 properties, including residential properties, about 30 recreational properties and four multi-family buildings, as well as the municipal selective waste collection point and pharmacies; the estimated waste volume is approximately 531 tonnes. Waste streams include mixed and separately collected household waste, and the service also covers the provision of containers and a certified platform scale for the collection point. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 January 2027 or, if signed later, from the date of signature; the number of properties may change by ±15%.
