Digital Shield for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Lipiany Municipality

Summary

Gminny Zakład Komunalny is procuring an integrated cybersecurity upgrade for the water and wastewater infrastructure serving Lipiany, Dębiec and Osetna, including the water treatment station in Lipiany. The single, non-divided contract covers information security management documentation and implementation; rack equipment, UPS, two high-availability servers, NAS and deduplicating backup storage, and a next-generation firewall; SIEM, infrastructure monitoring, ITSM, PAM, server operating-system and endpoint protection software; inventory and system/network hardening services; staff training; and a cybersecurity compliance audit. Delivery and implementation are scheduled in stages, with completion by 21 December 2026.
